Art as Transformation for Survivors of Incest and Abuse

How Body Maps work: Allow your body to be traced on a big sheet of paper
so you can create a portrait/healing spell through the process of drawing,
painting, collage & writing – allowing whatever comes out to come out!
Or you can choose a conscious focus for your Body Map:
* to reveal/release scars, blocks & baggage (the dark truth)
* to celebrate your progress & healing (the light truth)
* to allow Younger Self to express herself freely
* to create a prayer or spell for healing (forward vision)
The day will include periods of meditation and body-awareness practices.
These help you to access, ground and deepen your connection to that which
is within you so that it may come forth, be expressed and witnessed.
$75-$130 sliding scale (some part scholarships available) for info/to register,
